Before I go any further, I want to address the pink elephant in the room. I get that paying off your home in 5-7 years might sound hard to believe. Even 10 years might sound like I am selling you a load of you know what.


But I'm not asking you to believe anything just yet - until you see the evidence for yourself. All I ask is that you refrain from disbelieving while I show you my proof.

Okay - here is a little about me so we can get to know each other. I live in Thompsons Station, Tennessee along with my wife and three kids.

I have been in the mortgage business for 15 years and has helped thousands of families with their mortgages.

Four years ago, after a conversation with my mentor, I discovered how the wealthy are using a certain type of nontraditional mortgage product to pay off their homes quicker than some pay off their cars.

The way I stumbled across this was I was wanting to do the mortgages for my mentor's wealthy clients so I asked him for introductions. He said, "Michael, they don't have mortgages. They have lines of credit".

After that call, I began researching using lines of credit instead of a mortgage to pay a home off in one third of the time. That's when I discovered a certain type of nontraditional mortgage product that most banks pray you don't know about although they do offer it.

Financially speaking, they would rather keep you in a 30 year fixed rate mortgage so you pay the most interest as well as segregate your income so you don't pay it off as quickly.

Fast forward to today,  along with my partner David Dutton, we are now helping  hundreds of families do the same thing by replacing their existing mortgage with a certain type of home equity line of credit.
