What was your mortgage situation prior to starting with Replace Your Mortgage?

I had a 30-year mortgage with a starting balance of $378,000. (I bought the house in 2011 for $350,000, but I refinanced money out in 2015.)

When I joined RYM, I had a balance of $354,000.

What is the current status of your HELOC and how many months did it take you to achieve it?

After one month, I reduced the principal by $110,000 because I deposited all my savings into it.

What was your biggest concern when deciding to join RYM?

I didn't have any concerns because I watched all your free videos. I did really exercise the math and did a thoroughly investigation of what a HELOC is.

How has using the RYM strategy changed your life?

I feel better in control of my finances and know I will not spend 30 years paying off a house.

What advice would you give to a homeowner considering trying the RYM strategy?

Get a good understanding of what a HELOC is and how it really works.
